Winter leagues consist of 1 game a week for 6 weeks, held on turf fields

What to Expect:
  • 1 regulation game each week. ( 2 - 25 minute halves)
  • Each team is coached by an experienced lacrosse coach (see info on our coaches under the "Coaches" tab)
  • 2 Certified Professional Referees per game*
  • Players receive individual tips on their stick and game situation skills
  • Coach-led half time debriefings on team strategies
  • Table/League manager there for easy check in and to help answer any questions or concerns for players or their families.
  • This is a competitive league, so it is not ideal for beginners.
*We often partner with our reffing association to provide an avenue for refs to receive training; we believe this helps us all get better. As we partner, refs focus on instruction during half time and time-outs, so as not to effect the quality or length of the games.
Note to Players:
  • Bring goggles, a mouthguard, stick, cleats, and water each week.
  • Arrive 20 minutes early the first week, to check in and get your reversible pinnie.
  • Our coaches stress that they are there to help you get better. If you want specific feedback on a skill, please do not hesitate to ask; our coaches love to help!
  • We want to make this experience valuable to you as a player; if you are having any negative experiences - please bring these to the attention of the coaches, table manager, or e-mail us at: right away, so we can help make things right!
  • Sign up early to insure you can be placed on a team with friends. WE CANNOT guarantee placement or t-shirt size if you sign up with only a few weeks before the start of the league.
  • All athletes playing in the league must be registered. If you want to split a spot with a friend, please email
*High School Teams interested in Reserving a Team Slot in a League:
  • Contact Morgan or Joe at well in advance (at least 2 months before a league)
  • We will hold the 24 players spots (one team) for a specific amount of time that will be communicated to the organizer of the team. If spots have not been filled with 3 weeks to go before the league starts, we have the right to place other interested individuals on that team.

NEW FOR 2018!

Join us in Superior, WI for clinic and gameplay!
This offering is for girls in northern MN and WI to have a chance to work in the offseason to better their skills in stick work, field concepts, attack and defensive positioning, as well as shooting and taking the draw.   Time each week will be devoted to clinic work as well as gameplay (the format may change week to week from 4v4 to 7v7 to 12v12, depending on concepts covered and field space).
